Ms. Cress joined CCM in 1999 and is responsible for keeping all aspects of back office operations running smoothly. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1965 with a B.A. degree in Recreation and Sociology.

Mr. Landsiedel joined CCM in 2009 in municipal securities and operations. He served as a managing director at Bear, Stearns & Co. from 1983 until 2007, where he facilitated management of the municipal short-term trading desk. Prior to joining CCM, Mr. Landsiedel was a vice president at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He graduated from Pace University in 1980 with a BBA degree in Marketing. In 1982, he earned his MBA in Marketing Management from Pace. He holds Series 7, 53, 63, and 65 licenses.

Ms. Nash joined CCM in 2009 and is a member of the back office staff. Among her previous positions, she spent six years in the international department at Nationsbank. Ms. Nash graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Ms. Felt is responsible for CCM’s compliance, marketing, and operations activities. She first joined the company in 2005 before leaving in 2007 to take on the role of compliance analyst at Bain Capital. While there, her responsibilities included accessing and processing issuer and investment bank information in support of investment deals. Ms. Felt returned to CCM in 2009. A graduate of Villanova University, she received a B.A. degree in Communications in 2005. She holds Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.

Ms. Haytmanek joined CCM in 2008. Her responsibilities include accounting, payroll, benefits, and marketing. She graduated from Wake Forest University in 2004 with a B.A. degree in Sociology. Ms. Haytmanek received an MBA from Villanova University in 2008.

Mr. Freeland joined CCM in 2005 and is currently responsible for the company’s compliance, legal, finance, and management operations. Prior to CCM, he spent five years as a vice president at First Clearing Corporation. He also worked as a cashiering manager at American Express Financial Advisors. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Mr. Freeland, received a B.S. degree in Business Administration in 1995. He holds Series 7, 63, 24, and 4 licenses.

Mr. Smith joined CCM in 2005 and handles compliance for the company’s sales, marketing, and trading activities. He has amassed more than 25 years of experience in various financial services roles. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mr. Smith received a B.A. degree in Chemistry/Economics in 1980. He earned an MBA degree from Emory University in 1982.
